What is non-alcoholic THC wine?

Ours happens in three steps, in this order.
- Make the wine. Grapes from Paso Robles are harvested, pressed, and fermented the same way any wine is. At this stage it's simply wine, with alcohol, tannin, acid, and aroma.
- Remove the alcohol. This is where most non-alcoholic wines go wrong. Standard dealcoholization strips out aroma and body along with the alcohol, which is why so many of them taste thin, sweet, or like grape juice. Bloom & Barrel uses a proprietary de-alcoholization process built to keep the flavor, aroma, and structure of the wine intact while the alcohol comes out. - Add the THC. A precise dose of hemp-derived THC goes in using a fast-absorbing emulsion. It's flavorless and odorless, so it changes how the evening feels without changing how the wine tastes.
